Healthy Popcorn

Ingredients

·      40g (Around 3 tablespoons) of corn kernels. 

·      Spray avocado oil - Substitutes (preferably oils with a high smoke point): coconut oil; safflower oil; peanut oil

·      Salt

·      Pepper 

·      Garnish

·      2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

·      Dried chives

Directions

1.    Add the kernels to the fryer basket and lightly spray with a little avocado/coconut oil.  

2.    Air fry at 390F for 15 minutes.

3.    Check on it every 3 to 5 minutes to ensure the kernels are not burning.  Once they begin to pop, monitor them closely until the popping sound stops, or until the 15 minutes has expired.

4.    Once done, dumb the popcorn in a large bowl and lightly spray with coconut or avocado oil and then dust with garnish. 

5.    Enjoy
