Eggs & Mac

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, whisked

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoons salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 cup macaroni, boiled

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons oil

Directions:

  1. Combine the eggs with the macaroni, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, mix well.

  2. Heat oil in the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker on SAUTÉ mode.

  3. Pour the eggs mixture and stir.

  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
